Here's the situation:

PC1:

-Windows Vista 32-bit
-ACT 2008 (not compatible with Windows Vista 64-bit)

PC2:

-Windows Vista 64-bit

Disks:

-ACT 2008
-ACT 2009 (unopened...I'm waiting for an answer on this post)

I want to be able to easily transfer ACT files back and forth between the two computers. Will a copy of ACT 2009 on both computers do the trick, or will the different versions of Windows cause conflict? Please advise and thank you ahead of time.

just upgrade pc1 to 2009
Otherwise it should work unless the 2009 ver changed the way it stores its saved files.
Maybe it offers the possibility to save in a ver 8 format.
That would be a question only they could answer.
