parts list pc build advice plz post

Hi, i'm new to the forum, pc building and overclocking.

I'll be building the system below soon and need advise on any parts that may need to be replaced for better/cheaper ones. I also plan on overclocking to 3.0ghz+, any predictions on what i may be able to acheive? Thanks for any help
