Hard Disk Drive has errors
Last response: in Linux/Free BSD
After shutting down the computer improperly just one time, the message "Errors found while checking disk drive for /home " keeps popping up every time it's restarted now. Can anyone help correct this.

Many times I fix my own hdd errors by booting up with the Ubuntu live CD, starting GParted and checking my disk for errors.
