can i run these two os at the same time on mz pc , i wanna switch between like i switching between my ie and firefox ... thanks

Yes - if you use something like VMWare, VBox, or VirtualPC.

thanks , i use Sun's Program , now i have a virtual drive , where is my ubuntu , but i dont know how can i use my files that are on the win drive , and there is one more problem , when i save something on my linux dektop , and then when i shut down the linux , and close the VirtualBox , next time when i open it , there is no files on the linux desktop , dont understand where are they ... and whats happening whit this files >?
