Windows Scheduler does not start

I have set up the XP Windows scheduler run some WSFTP scripts, but the scheduler does not start.
If I highlight all the projects and use the run command all of the projects run as required.

Below are my Schedule tab settings:
Schedule task: Weekly
Start time: 1.00 am
Schedule task weekly: Every 1 week(s)
On: We and Sat

The Advanced and Settings tab schedule options are at default
The Security tab is set for Administrator which is how the Scheduler was set up, with all permissions set to allow.
