Can't Log on second user

Hi guys,
I'm rajkalyan.
I have a Windows XP Pro computer.
My account has a password but the others don't.
If I switch users, I can't get on the other accounts,
It just flickers and goes back to the welcome screen,
I can only go on my account.
Help!!!

is this when you are still logged onto your account? or have you logged off and then tried to login to another account?

check to see if the fast user switching service & terminal services service is started before attempting to switch accounts.

Terminal Services is good to go, its been running, and yes, this is when I'm still logged on and I click "Switch User"

Say, does it have anything to do with passwords? Only my account has a password.

check event viewer in administrative tools in control panel and see if any system services are throwing errors.

Event viewer is full of errors, but none of them are at the time I tried to switch users

first i installed all my progs. then logged onto my acount, created a second acount by using the control panel. but when I log on to the secon acount, window starts and then freeze at a certain point. that can be at any point.
