Where can you get one of these cards?

I tried newegg, tigerdirect and zipzoomfly
and none of them have any.

Is the fan on the card load and noisy?

Is the Sapphire card a better card?

The fan is actually quieter than most video cards, and the only real drawback is the fan/heatsink actually take up the whole slot beneath.

Powercolor makes very nice cooling setups for their cards. I recently ordered a powercolor x1950 pro (AGP) but, its not working at all.

Just make sure you have a strong enough power supply before you buy the card.
