Im looking for a new motherboard.
It MUST fit the following requirements.

1. Socket 775/Core Duo (im getting an E6600)
2. Be FSB1333 capable for Overclocking/Upgrades.
3. Have TWO P-ATA connectors so i can hook up 4 IDE drives.
4. Be able to fit a Thermaltake big Typhoon.

So far ive seen:
Asus P5N-E SLI - but its not FSB1333 rated.
Gigabyte GA-N650SLI-DS4 is the closest fit so far, but it sports a rather large 3.2cm tall Passive northbridge heatsink, which may foul the TT big typhoon!

Are there any others?
Think FSB1333 + 2 IDE slots!

The MSI P6N series of 650SLI boards all fit your requirements.
Personally, I'd go with either the P6N SLI FI, Platinum, or the Gigabyte GA-N650SLI-DS4. The other 650i boards lack one thing or the other compared to those three.

My P6N Platinum has been running at 3.0GHz (8 X 375.0), 1:1 FSB|DRAM for weeks now. Not a hiccup one!
