Need little advice, I have just installed Vista 64 on a new core i7 Build, using 6gb or Corsair dominator 1600mz, in windows welcome center and in bios shows 6gb, but task manager etc shows 3gb, when playing farcry 2 It shows using 70% of my memory, is this some kind of memory controller glitch? I read somewhere that some have tried enabling memory remapping in bios, but i dont even see that in any bios settings, using Asus P6T deluxe bios vs 1102, Anyone have any info or suggestions on how to fix this issue? SHark

Clarifies the memory remap. Unfortunately it appears that P6T does not have this option. I believe its a fault with the actual mobo as theres a v2 of the board not long out. Might wanna check see if you got v2 and if not then RMA it.

Edit - No option because its apparantly on by default permantly. Tech support should confirm that for you. Same for all 1366 boards.

The difference between it and the v2 is the sas controller, thats right there isn't a memory remapping feature in the bios, but i figured it out from another post, had to uncheck the "use max memory" in the boot.ini tab advanced options in the msconfig, then restart and it works fine, RMA IT??? are you serious lol anyway, thanks for try, Shark
