Unblocking blocked startup programs permanently?

I havent had any real purpose for vista until now. So I setup dual boot xp-32 and vista-64 since i now have 8 gigs of ram & DX10 graphics card. One thing that seems to happen these days is I run out of ram frequently while gaming or doing work which involves ram hungry programs like photoshop & quarkexpress

So now the actual problem, I have Everest Ultimate being blocked by vista at startup, how do I unblock it permanently? I dont want to have to unblock it manualy each time i start up.

yes, as in, i installed the program, its supposed to run at startup. but instead vista pevents it from starting and down in the right hand corner by the clock there is an icon i have to click on to let it run.

I have to do it everytime i start my pc up
