Help!

I'm new at overclocking and I want to give overclocking at try. My current system is as follows,

GIGABYTE GA-N680SLI-DQ6 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard,

Intel Core 2 Extreme QX6700 Kentsfield 2.66GHz 2 x 4MB L2 Cache LGA 775 Processor,

Crucial Ballistix Tracer 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) memory,

Nvidia GeForce 7900 GTX Video card,

Zalman Reserator 1 V2 water cooling.

I know absolutely nothing about OC'ing. I've done quite a bit of reading but most of the articles assume that you have some knowlege of the subject. I don't!

So any suggestions for settings will be GREATLY appreciated...

Thanks!
