srs.sys crashes(bsod) with an error like "an attempt has be made to write to read-only memory."

Memtest reports no errors.
Tried disabling systemrestore.
Reinstalling drivers.

page fault in non paged area
"Error code 10000050, parameter1 babd2c01, parameter2 00000000, parameter3 ba5ad766, parameter4 00000000."
