Need recommendation for quiet GPU cooling 8800GTS

I'm not looking to OC my 8800GTS 640mb, but the stock cooler is loud. Could anyone recommend a good performing and quiet (must be quiet) at a good price?

I dont want liquid cooling and I'm not OCing my card so I dont want some ridiculous overprice highend cooler.

Get that along with a quiet 92mm fan. It'll improve your temps alot, since it's one of the best air coolers for the 8800 series out right now, and since it oesnt come with a fan you can decide how quiet you want it to be.

What do you expect? It's a powerful card ment for gaming. The thing wasnt designed to run quietly.
