My internet explorer wont work
Last response: in Windows Vista
my aunt's hp laptop won't open her internet explorer and I'm not sure what to do to help her....I'm not that much of a computer wis myself so i need help please....she said her norton 360 antivirus popped up with something to download and she did and now her internet wont work....

perhaps it wasn't Norton but one of those anti-virus warnings that prompt you to install something which turns out to be a virus or malware?
Try 'system restore' and roll back to before the download. Just type 'system restore' into the Vista search pane under the orb (start button)
also update Norton, if you can get it to connect, and then run a full scan
