Hello

i have a SONY Vaio laptop with Windows Vista, and since i got it i had problems with my internet connection, i dont how but it shut it down by putting it like a limited connection when i use p2p programs (specially when there too many people sharing a file) and some pages like facebook, i dont know what is the problem, if it is some configuration in windows or some software that came with the laptop, someone please give me an idea or direct me to a thread where i can find a solution to this.
