Generic Host Process Issue

Any input is appreciated:

After booting into XP I get this error stating that Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. This Error has made my computer invisible on the network, and making it inaccessible for any other computers on the network to contact this computer.

The Error Signature is:
szAppName : svchost.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2600.5512
szModName : AcGenral.dll szModVer : 5.1.2600.5512 offset : 000116e2

I am Running XP pro, Version 2002 Service Pack 3. Symantec AntiVirus , and Spybot S&D.
