May I know any software able to schedule network traffic?
I need it because my house got 7 people are sharing internet with 1 line. According to our discussing, gaming time and downloading time must separated. I have 1 download software which do not have scheduling task. Therefore i need a software to schedule my network traffic. Any software intro?

Well you probably have to look into this more but DD-WRT an alternative firmware for broadcom chipsets would enable you to control stuff like that from the router for like. You can program QOS limits by both software, mac address ect. It's a little DIY command line style but it is free. Just check if your router has a broadcom chipset and with a bit work it should work fine.

Now my problem solve. I use batch programming to make schedule. I use netsh command to change my ip address and it will auto change ip back accoding to my schedule. Batch programming is very useful.
