Every time I start my PC I have to wait a few min's after the sign on names appear or all of my programs don't load. How can I figure out what this problem is all about & how can I fix it?

I see no conflicts of drivers, I have cleanly installed several times when this 1st started happening.

I built this system myself so if you need the computer specs before we can trouble-shoot please let me know where to start with what. I have fresh diagnose but I can install whatever other program you need to detect system settings. You can see my system spec's on my profile page.
