I was doing some much needed updates on my friends computer and have run in to an issue while installing SP3. After everything installed and it restarted her computer hangs with her background showing and only a window that says "setting up preferences for Microsoft outlook". Checking the task manager shows that there's no operation being run and closing the box leaves me with an empty background. I rebooted in safe mode and Windows started just fine. Is this a SP3 issue or is this outlook?
