For extreme overclocking neither, but for stock or mild OC then the Freezer Pro is awesome for the money. Just put one on last week, got temps down 8-9 degrees, and used the MX-1 thermal grease that comes pre installed as it is just as good as AS-5. I have an E6400 OC'd to 2.8 and it now idles at 31.

Check out Ewiz.com, the Freezer Pro is $20 plus shipping.

If you have plenty of room inside the case , the get the Ultra 120 Extreme. Otherwise the Artic Cooling Freezer 7 is a great cooler and fits just about all forms of cases.
