I'm running into problems with the MSI PC60G wireless PCI adapter. My computer is recognizing it fine. Basically, it connects to my network, but then disconnects not even five seconds later. I tried MSI's drivers, and I've tried the Ralink reference drivers as well. Neither seem to work. Has anyone else hit any roadblocks and got past them with this card? Here's my specs:

P5N-E SLI
Core 2 Duo E6600
Corsair 2 GB PC6400
Seagate 300 GB
Windows XP Pro SP2

If your router is set to use wireless a/b & g, set it up to use only g. Same for your adapter. If the pc is a floor or two down/up, the signal will be weakened a lot. In this case, use a d-i-y antenna or get a bigger directional antenna or set up the router for a larger coverage.

I had the same problem.
Linksys WRT54GL --> MSI PC60G
Connection with good signal strength - 5 sec.
No Connection - 5 sec

Problem was solved by changing WPA2-PSK to WPA-PSK

I don't like being forced to use a less secure encription, but at least it soved the issue.

I'm still not sure if the problem was the router or the the WLAN card.
