Hello,
I'm working with a stereo WAV file, I wanted to offset the right channel
by a fraction of a second, Vs. the left - but it's not obvious if it can be done.

Anybody know if it's possibnle in SF8, or otherwise, I'm going to
start looking for a new audio app ! (Adobe Audition ?)

You'll have to try another editor. I don't think it's possible to do what you want on Sound Forge 8.
