File recovery in Ubuntu 10.04?
Aug 5, 2012, 9:32 AM
i know recuva in windows. Is there any such effective software or Ubuntu 10.04.
I transferred my HD .mts from camera's SD card to laptop hdd.
Later, i wanted to take the file to desktop, as laptop was low on disk space. So,i do cut-paste in ubuntu to sandisk 16GB pendrive/flash drive,or i shud say, i was hoping to.
The Ubuntu showed the file transfer, completed, removed the pen-drive, pluggde in desktop, windows 7, no files found, empty!!
I got freaked out, rechecked laptop drive, no luck.
I am hoping to get the videos by file recovery. Can i??
