Boot-menu problem

Hi everyone,
I was using the program Wubi to dual-boot Ubuntu and Vista, but now even after i uninstalled it, Ubuntu shows up not once, but twice in the boot-menu! Can someone help?

does it show in the Windows boot menu or the Ubuntu one?
to remove OSes from the Windows boot menue you hold down the windows key + r
then type msconfig. under the boot tab it should list the OSes and you can remove what u want
