What is overheating? Are voltages ok?

SOMETHING IS VERY WRONG: YIKES!!!

I just want to notify everyone that I have not overclocked anything. Everything is stock setting.

New temps after bios update:

Mainboard - 51 C
CPU1 - 40 C
Temp 3 - 54 C
CPU0 Core - 52 c
HDD - 41 C

Colling Fans
Chassis - 1180 rpm
CPU2 - 5273 rpm

Voltages remain insinc Did see 12 V go from 12.03 to 12.1 to 12.03

What could be my problem. Bad thermal paste? Mainboard/Temp 3 and CPU0 Core seem to be in the YELLOW.

TEMP Sensor attached to the chip has gone up as well to reflect the changes - Now 41 C before it was 30 C
