For the last few weeks I have had a problem with RDC. When I click connect, it looks like it is trying to establish a connection for anywhere between 1-5 seconds, then it just goes back as if I never clicked Connect. I don't get an error message or anything.

I noticed this first a few weeks ago on my laptop at work. I would try to connect to my workstation in my office remotely and have this problem. Rebooting usually seems to help, but the same setup at home with a laptop trying to connect wirelessly to my main computer fails without a reboot helping. Anyone else have this problem? Is it due to a recent Microsoft patch on XP?

Did you upgrade to SP3? I can tell you right now that SP3 completely screwed up my Remote Desktop performance, so much so that I had to go back to SP2.
