My Vista 64 system unintentionally wakes-up exactly 1 minute after shutdown. Event Viewer indicates RTC. I have checked Powercfg and MSconfig and cannot find or correct the cause. The problem occurs only if someone is logged-o. If computer is put in sleep mode after reboot and Vista startup but before anyone logs-on, then the problem does not occur. Can anyone suggest a solution or atroubleshooting strategy? Thanks

Try exiting Skype before you put Vista to sleep
