Does anyone else have this setup?

Stability is very important for me.
What settings would you change in the bios to get a mild overclock?
3.0mhz 3.2mhz? Something that would never crash.

I don't know that I would call 3.2 a MILD overclock...

A bump in vcore is almost ASSURED at 3.2. I haven't used that MB, so I don't know all the settings, but a vcore around 1.375 to 1.4 would be likely, and an overvolt of +.1 on FSB and Northbridge (or chipset, MCH, whatever they call it on your board) Lock the PCIe at 100 or 101, although I've heard of people who have increased their max OC by upping the PCIe up to 108, so YMMV. Start with 100 or 101. Turn off the Speedstep stuff, only causes problems overclocking.
