silverstone zeus 750 weird electric noise please help..

I got a silverstone zeus 750 and I have a problem. Some kind of weird býzzzzzz noise comes from the psu all the time even the computer is off. When the computer is off, the noise level is low. when ý start the computer the býzzz sound becomes louder. It comes from the backside of the psu near the power cable. Ýt is like an electric noise.. but it has been serving me for three months and it serves me well. and I have no power problem. The noise is my only problem. According to my reasearches, some say that it beacuse of the ability of active pfc. and it is normal but I don't want to believe it.

Do you have same kind of problem with high end psu's?

or do you have any ideas?

but it has been working for three months and the sound has been existed for three months, too. do you think a faulty unit can work for such a long time? the sound is just like the noise comes from a electric fuse panel.
