I recenbtly bought a San Disk Ultra II 4 Gigabyte CF card. When I
tried it on my Dell Axim X5, it came up only as having 2 gigabytes. On
my Nikon D70, I can use the full 4 Gigabytes.

Is there a limit with the current Pocket PC 2003 operating system
limiting memory cards to 2 Gigabytes (even with FAT32?).

Thanks for any info,

Not a problem with 2003 OS as the HX4700 from HP can fully utilise an 8G
microdrive (CFII).
