Where would i start if i wanted to O/C this video carD?

I have this gigabyte 7300gt and was looking at overclocking it possibly..

same card .. from newegg and the manufacturers site..

So if i wanted to O/C this 'using the v-tuner3' software that came with it in the drivers cd..
where would i start..
what to increase.. etc..

I prefer the "coolbits" registry hack.

Download here.

Just install, and it adds a few options to the "display properties" advanced tab. It will add temp monitoring, and clock-speed adjustments....plus a few other tweaks.

You should give it a try...it's too simple. GL
