So here's me.
Wanting a dual boot system but fails.
Because after i installed it, my monitor came up to a blinking " _ " line.

[ thanks to a you-tube video on how to install it ]

I have no external memory of my windows.

when i finally re-installed Linux i messed it up again but deleting everything and installing it clean.

is there anyway i can get windows back since im pretty sure that all my files are gone, but i still im not sure if I install it again if I'll have full windows 7 again ?

someone help me.

im currently using Ubuntu 12.04

i still have the windows 7 CD and code.

to be fair linux didnt delete anything, you the user did. the installer definitely asks you several times to be certain of what your doing!
to see if your windows partition is still intact, boot ubuntu into live mode and post output of "sudo parted -l" *lowercase L*
