Overclocking on a shuttle system

Hi, has anybody overclocked on a shuttle SFF system? If so is there a particular MB to ask for? Other details?

i have a Vintage 2004 Shuttle with a 3.06 P4. it ran OK with a 19% OC, up to about 3.6 GHz. for about 4 hours.

then it blew up !

no, just kidding. it ended up re-booting.
