Anyone know how to fix the Ntvdm.exe problems caused by XP SP2 when the combined Windows NT 4.0?
The problem - Communications on a port dongle under Windows NT can fail because of changes in Ntvdm.exe.

Research brought up an article uncer Q159144 in Nov 2006 by Microsoft.

They say the fix is in Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 2 and later,.

I went to SERVPACK but no solution for me - Keywords kbhardware kbsetup KB159144

Great - think I am changing to a MAC.

I know have software valued at $3,000 that will not work because of this.

Any information would be helpful.
