I want to restrict few local hadr disk partition, so that a guest acount cannot access it. How can I do it? Please help

Try this - It will take all the access from guest user except Admin

Go to properties window of the local drive -> Security tab -> Remove the complete list from "Group or user names"
Once done add your name (Admin) and give full control from the checkbox below.

It will give access of that particular drive to the admin only and the guest role will be restricted access from it.
