Microsoft .NET Frameworks

Hi all, firstly


I have a problem, and im very worried about it. It may be small one, but i still cant find the solution. When i install .net frameworks 3.0 or 3.5, my pc freezes. After i install them, when i press ANYTHING (any icon, or any application)the pc freezes, and i cant do nothing but restart the pc immediately(at the pc case button). Only way i can stop this is by making a system restore. Im rly worried... all latest and next games need those frameworks installed like GTA IV, but without these frameworks i wont be able to play them..It may have some connection with the service pack 3, but i am not sure....I just dont know what can cause this weird problem..Also when i installed Fallout3, that game needed those frameworks, so they got installed automaticaly, and when i tryed strat the game, pc froze...Same things will be with next games which will need frameworks.....I bought this pc 1month ago...I wanna play all those games...Pls u guys help me..any help will be appreciated...Thx
