Vista Freezes after login

Vista home premium, i login, and the little circle spins for hours, i can hold the power key down and reboot, and login, i deleted the video drivers and resintalled originals.. it worked for a day.. this morning i did the same thing and no after several times was able to get I even went to compaq presario and intels site and got the latest vista driver 32 bit.. best buy doesnt support software.. and i tried system restore , by the way about 2 months ago i had this problem so i did a complete recovery which took a week to complete and reinstall losing lots of info.. i tried msconfig and stopped it from loading the graphics accelerator thinking it might be a problem.. my next thing is selective boot in msconfig because safe mode works fine.. if some one actually has a fix please let me know. thanks
