The product page link for the one didn't work. As far as I can tell though they're both the same. Packaging is different it seems. The one with the yellow packaging looks like it might be the old style, as it's a few bucks cheaper and the DDR3 ram package in the review they just had here on Tom's had the plain packaging with the sticker band like the more expensive one. It's possible they use different chips for them or something, but they're both rated the same unless the latencies are different so it's likely they're compatible and everything anyway. I put my vote on the cheaper of the two if you're considering buying them. If you're thinking about OCing...well...no telling since you can't access the products PDF file on Kingston's page. You might try typing in the model number using Froogle.com or something and seeing if you can't find another reseller with the specs.
