umm, well thats a good set, but why didn't you spend the extra cash on the FX-60? But never mind.
There are 4 steps to this.
First,
you will need to set your HTT link to 3x and then the CPU multiplier to the lowest. If you cant see the CPU multi then you will want to disable cool n' quiet. Set ram to 100Mhz. And slowly increase the FSB and slowly increase voltage if you run into any problems.
Second:
You will want to bring the FSB back down. and set the ram to 200Mhz. Now slowly go up in FSb clocks again, and increase both ram and north bridge/south bridge. once you cant go any higher then your good.
Third:
You will want to set the FSB back down to normal, and set the ram back down to 100Mhz. Now you will set the CPU multiplier to whatever it is suppose to be. Now slowly increase FSB untill you need to add voltage and try not to exceed 1.4volts. Watch you temps max temp of 50-55 under load.
Finally:
Try to run everything at the highest point together, so highest CPU clock with the highest ram speed, and the least amount of voltage needed to run at that speed.
So this is extremely basic but it will get u started.
