I do not know where to go fix this. Tried calling HP to find out where the fix was on their website but all I was told is that I have up to date info and they will charge me to fix it.

If the system came with Vista, then HP should fix it (unless the system no longer is under warranty).

Yea..no longer under warranty and they want to charge arm and a leg.. Was trying to find a fix on my own.
