Which site is better to buy from cpusolutions.com ot ibuypower

does anyone have experience with avadirect.com

I personally have not ordered from either one. However, I have ordered from a shop called "www.directron.com". I found they are a Yahoo merchant, and that they have some options you may not find at other stores. They are both a custom building shop and they sell a wide variety of parts. They do not give preferential treatment to either Intel or AMD. They also offer to test and double box your order upon request (for a fee). I found them to be honest. I never had to return anything they handled for me.
