Very recently an icon appeared in the Quick Launch area of my task bar. I am unable to see what the picture is, kinda looks like an anvil, maybe. I don't know what it is and nothing happens if I try to open it. If I right click on it, no information is displayed. I opened the task bar and it is listed as "no title". My fear is that it is a virus, but at this point, I really have no idea.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
