Total comes out to $297.94

in my opinion i would drop the cooler and remain stock for a while and i would use that money to get better ram ddr2 800 and use it to buy the centurion case the powersupply isnt something to skimp on because you are running some hefty ass hardware and the dvd drive burns flawlessly but make sure you have a sata cable and the hard drive is 16mb cache for speed im pretty sure you want a fast hard drive

i would either use tuniq tower or scythe ninja
if your stuck on money use the scythe ninja is does just as well but the tuniq tower has a tIny tiny tiny advantage over the ninja

as for vga cooling
i would use Zalman u700 or something with 700 i forgot the name
the price/performance is pretty dang good

but as i said id lay off the ocing for a while and get like 2gb ram ddr2 800 or so because newegg is selling gskill 2gb for 82$ and that centurion case is a steal

also i noticed you dont have a graphic card??
