I’m looking at picking up a Asus P5B or a Gigabyte 965P-DS3 motherboard and either a Intel e6320 or e6420 (or e6750 if I wait long enough). I’m just wondering about RAM. I’m not into gaming or over clocking. I’m just wondering if the 800MHz RAM like this A-Data or this G.Skill are worth the extra money over the 667MHz like this Corsair Value Select or this Kingston ValueRAM or even this Corsair XMS2 RAM. Again, I don’t plan on OC’ig or do any gaming. I just want something that will be rock solid and give me a good bang for the buck. What would you guys suggest? Or is there other RAM you would suggest? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Don't do what I've just done and try to put 4 x Corsair XMS 1gb in a Asus P5B-E.

It turned into a blue screen crash monster.

Works fine with 2 x 1gb though. Aw well we live & learn.
