Yeah, Device manager has the driver version. Lan, IDE, Chipset, SATA, audio and utilities you use or have installed would be the MB driver updates. ASUS is usually good about providing updated drivers.
If nothing is broke then don't fix it!
If the new driver does not fix a problem you are having or increase speed for your particular hardware then don't update it. New is not always better. Some driver updates only add in support for newer models but do nothing for older ones.
I have seen many times where a driver update broke the system and only a roll back to the previous driver worked.
