i don't think there's anything illegal about that. you just have to make sure you don't charge extra for the OS, and let the buyer know that there is only a trial version installed on the computer, and that they'll need to buy a license. if you don't it would just be unethical, not illegal
hey thanx for the input. i was thinking the same thing. Of course i wouldnt charge for the trial version. vista install would be only for the comp specs for the buyer to see.
