My Antec Tru Power II SLI 550 watt power supply just died on me and I got an Ultra X-Finity SLI 600 watt PS. I have an Asus A8N SLI Deluxe and Setting up was pretty easy. The problem I ran into with the Ultra is that there was no 3 pin connector to plug into the slot called PWR_Fan. There is a 4 pin, but no 3 pin connector on the PS. I started everything up and all of the fans fired up (chipset fan, my Zalman 9500, chasis fans, etc). Am I going to do some damage by having the PWR_Fan connector set up?

I am having the same issue with my new PSU, is this a problem my new PSU doesn't have a 3 pin connector either (the one I had before plugged in right next to the header going from the motherboard)

I have a
Asus SK8N motherboard
AMD Athlon FX-51 2.2 Ghz processor with heatsink/fan
and a Corsair HX 520W PSU

PWR_Fan is totally optional and isnt required - doesnt matter one bit.
