upgrade build - comments?????

Above is the list of stuff for my upgrade. (HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME!!!!) I already have a decent case, 120GB IDE, 200GB SATA Hard drive, 550W Pwr supply and Optical Drive. Most of the stuff I have a good idea as to the quality, all except the water cooler. It has no reviews on New Egg and very little info on the net. Anyone heard any rumors or innuendo concerning it?? PLan on a conservative OC to approx 3.0 to 3.2 G on CPU and 10 to 12% on VGA.

Thanks for the links. From the reviews for $70 its looks like a decent deal. We ill report back once installled.

Great. Get some temp benchmarks with stock cooler idle/load and the new cooler. I'm very interested in seeing how it does with temps, how the noise is, etc.
