Windows Vista OEM Download

I have two questions;
I just found this (what seems to be) 100% legit website that offers OEM for very cheap because it's download only.
They only charge $100 for WV Ultimate 64-bit w/ SP1.

It seems like a very good idea, have any of you guys downloaded operating systems before?

Call them up and talk to them. They claim to be a C/Net Certified Store and BBB Accredited Business

Wait! You can speak Vietnamese, right? Or maybe Chinese?
It looks like who ever runs that homedepotsoft.com website uses a web hosting company located in North Vietnam.
