New pc what OS should i use?

920 nebalhelm

gtx 285 nvidia

6 gb of ram triple channelEVGA Intel X58 ATX Intel Motherboard


should i got xp 64 bit , vista 64 bit or windows 7 ?

ill use this pc for hardcore gaming of course and heavy image , video editing :3

I really like Vista 64. I've never tried Windows 7 yet. I like to stay away from beta operating systems.
